The Knowledge Base document is a core document for both Cranium and Synapse. Knowledge Base documents store chemical structures, physical property values, mixture compositions, estimation techniques, structural groups, elements and references.
A Knowledge base document contains seven chapters. Each of these chapters can be accessed by clicking on its corresponding tab in the document's Tab Pane.
Chapter | Description |
---|---|
Summary Chapter | manages title, descriptions and other information about the Knowledge Base document |
Chemicals Chapter | manages identification, structure and physical properties of pure chemicals |
Mixtures Chapter | manages composition and physical properties of mixtures of two or more chemicals |
Techniques Chapter | manages model code, group contributions and parameters of estimation techniques used to predict physical property values |
Groups Chapter | manages the molecular structure of groups used in estimation techniques, chemical designs and constraints |
Elements Chapter | manages the atomic elements used to construct groups |
References Chapter | manages the details of references used through the document |
Topic | Description |
