Cranium and Synapse use one format for displaying all numbers in documents, reports and dialogs. This format is specified using the Number Format Dialog which is activated by running the Options menu's Format Number command.
Numbers that are larger than 1E+10 or smaller than 1E-10 are automatically formatted in scientific notation.

The Decimal Place controls specifies the number of digits shown to the right of the decimal point. |

The Exponent Digits control specifies the number of digits shown in the number's exponent. If a value of 0 is selected, then no exponent is displayed. |
