Beginning with Synapse 3.0 and Cranium 4.0 (Core Version 317), the functionality of the XY Graph documents and Triangular Graph documents have been combined into a single Graph document with chapters for xy graphs and triangular graphs. Please see the documentation on Graph Documents for details on working with graphs and the documentation on converting graphs for details on how to convert previous version graphs.

XY Graphs are very useful tools for visualizing the relationships between physical properties and state variables.

An XY Graph Document contains four chapters. Each of these chapters can be accessed by clicking on its corresponding tab in the document's Tab Pane.

Chapter	Description
Summary Chapter	manages title, descriptions and other information about the XY Graph document
XY Data Chapter	manages summary information and the data values plotted in xy graphs
XY Graph Chapter	displays and manages xy graph entities
References Chapter	manages the details of references used through the document
