Beginning with Synapse 3.0 and Cranium 4.0 (Core Version 317), the functionality of the XY Graph documents and Triangular Graph documents have been combined into a single Graph document with chapters for xy graphs and triangular graphs. Please see the documentation on Graph Documents for details on working with graphs and the documentation on converting graphs for details on how to convert previous version graphs.

Triangular graphs are commonly used to present composition values for ternary mixtures. Ternary mixtures are particularly common when investigating extraction or separation solvents.

A Triangular Graph Document contains four chapters. Each of these chapters can be accessed by clicking on its corresponding tab in the document's Tab Pane.

Summary Chapter	manages title, descriptions and other information about the Triangular Graph document
Triangular Data Chapter	manages summary information and the data values plotted in triangular graphs
Triangular Graph Chapter	displays and manages triangular graph entities.
References Chapter	manages the details of references used through the document
