Molecular Knowledge Systems, Inc., referred to herein as “MKS”, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information that you provide to us during your use of MKS’s Websites, Web Applications, and Web API platforms, referred to herein as “Services” or individually a “Service”. We have prepared this Privacy Statement to inform you as to how we gather information when you access the Services, how we manage and safeguard this information, to whom we distribute this information and under what circumstance such information is distributed. Please note that this Privacy Statement may be updated periodically by MKS without notice.

  1. Collection of Personal Information

    1. The use of certain Services require that you provide us with personal information. Such information may include your name, your employer's company name, your email address and other personal identifying information. Such requests are normally made in connection with such activities as registering for software demos, requesting white papers, and accessing applications. While all information is voluntary, some information is mandatory in order for you to use certain Services. If you do not wish to disclose your personal information, you may not be able to access such restricted Services.

    1. MKS does not sell the personal user information it gathers to third parties. However, we may distribute such information to our partner companies, distributors, contractors, and agentsin order to better serve your needs. Such information distribution may be done to help with our marketing activities, company announcements, and product notifications. For certain Services, the information gathered is used to register your license rights. Your personal information is also used to help MKS provide technical software support and to allow us to notify you of upgrade discounts or other benefits that may be made available to registered users.

Applicable law may require us and our service providers to disclose your information to comply with a legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant, government investigation or other legal requirements or, subject to applicable law, for the prevention or detection of crime.
